CAFÉS
My favourite cafés in St.Gallen
Kafi Franz
A beautiful café with lovely interiour where you can spend hours and hours.
Adress
Linsebühlstrasse 35, 9000 St. Gallen
What I like about it
This café feels like a beautiful livingroom. The coffee is
great and the food is delicious.
Insider tip: try
St.Gallens best cakes there. The brunch on the weekend is also
a must-do.
Blumenmarkt
Right in the city center there is the well-known Blumenmarkt. There are many locals going there almost every single day.
Adress
Marktplatz 25, 9000 St. Gallen
What I like about it
Any time of the day it's a nice place to enjoy a coffee, meet up with somebody, go for a drink or even a night out. For lunch you can have salads or focaccia.
Oya Bar Kafé
A nordic café that gives you the "hygge"-feeling.
Adress
Schwertgasse 27, 9000 St. Gallen
What I like about it
The nordic interiour makes Oya a very cozy place to have a coffee, a piece of cake or a homemade Swedish treat. In the evening Oya turns into a bar where you can get delicious drinks and enjoy music, often with a live DJ.
